Salary: $95K – $105K

What you will do

• Process biweekly US payroll in Workday, validating earnings, deductions, and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including multi-state tax allocations.
• Partner with HR and Benefits teams to ensure accurate data integration and system management.
• Support internal and external payroll audits and prepare year-end reporting.
• Analyze payroll variances and develop reports to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for payroll processes and controls.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of US payroll processing experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll
• Must live within commuting distance of LA, NYC, or SF
• Expertise in multi-state payroll and US tax regulations
• Proficiency in ADP SmartCompliance and advanced Excel skills
• Experience with payroll audits and reconciliations
