What you will do

• Drive payroll and payroll tax operational activities and develop recommendations for efficiency.
• Perform internal audits of employee tax data and execute necessary adjustments.
• Resolve escalated employee tax cases and provide high-quality customer service to meet service level agreements.
• Reconcile tax information between Workday Payroll and ADP to ensure data accuracy.
• Research IRS, state, and local laws to ensure compliance and recommend process changes.
• Lead Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End payroll tax operations and projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of payroll tax or Workday payroll experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of payroll tax or payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP SmartCompliance.
• Strong preference for Workday payroll tax experience.
