Salary: $190K – $260K + Equity

What you will do

• Define and execute the video strategy to enhance platform quality and user engagement.
• Implement robust measurement and observability for video systems.
• Build video recording pipelines for Trust & Safety and overall user experience.
• Develop advanced seller tools, such as interactive overlays, to boost streaming interaction.
• Evaluate and onboard new video providers and define framework success criteria.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience with scaled WebRTC systems.
• Strong ability to translate product requirements into scalable technical systems.
• Expertise in high-quality engineering design and complex problem solving.
• Experience with AWS and DevOps practices.
• Must be based within commuting distance of the SF, LA, NY, or Seattle office hubs
