TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC (In-office 3 days per week)
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Own complex, ambiguous features end-to-end by structuring work into small, independently shippable increments.
- Write production-ready code and define testing approaches based on risk and system impact.
- Respond to production incidents and drive follow-up improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Use AI tools as a core part of the daily workflow for code generation, debugging, and task decomposition.
- Deliver actionable code reviews, accurate documentation, and constructive technical contributions.
- Identify and proactively improve recurring friction points in code, tests, tooling, or processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering customer-facing SaaS product features in production.
- Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages: Go, Java, Python, or C++.
- Deep understanding of scalable web architecture, API design, and performance optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience designing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Must be based in Raleigh, NC to adhere to the hybrid in-office schedule.
