What you will do

• Design, optimize, and execute preclinical PK, immunoassay, and cell-based assays.
• Apply scientific judgment to create standardized workflows and protocols for pharmacology research.
• Analyze, interpret, and present complex experimental data to project teams and leadership.
• Author and review bioanalytical reports to support regulatory filings.
• Lead work streams and mentor team members to ensure high data integrity and documentation standards.
• Collaborate across functions to support programs from early discovery through candidate selection.

Requirements

• Must be based in Boston, MA and able to work on-site five days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of industry experience, Master’s with 5 years, or PhD with 3 years.
• Proven technical proficiency in PK/PD, ligand binding assays, primary cell/tissue culture, and flow cytometry.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in automated assay systems (e.g., Hamilton, Integra).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as GraphPad Prism, Spotfire, and FlowJo.
• Strong understanding of the drug development process and regulatory requirements.
