What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and validation of multicolor and spectral flow cytometry assays for clinical and nonclinical programs.
• Provide subject-matter expertise in panel design, gating strategies, and deep data interpretation for immunophenotyping.
• Serve as the primary scientific lead for external CROs, ensuring assay quality, data integrity, and adherence to timelines.
• Author and review bioanalytical validation reports and regulatory documentation for IND submissions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Translational Research, Biomarkers, and Clinical to align assay strategy with program goals.
• Mentor junior scientists and implement new analytical technologies to enhance internal capabilities.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, or related discipline with 8+ years (Principal) or 10+ years (Sr. Principal) of industry experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with multicolor and spectral flow cytometry platforms.
• Demonstrated experience supporting cell or gene therapy programs.
• Strong understanding of bioanalytical method development, validation, and GxP regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and oversee CROs/external vendors.
• Experience contributing to IND-enabling or regulatory filings.
