What you will do

• Develop and optimize potency, flow cytometry, and bioanalytical assays such as ELISA.
• Qualify analytical methods to support LVV characterization, including infectious titer and vector-specific panels.
• Manage tech transfer of methods to QC and perform pre-qualification activities.
• Author SOPs and laboratory protocols to support product release and characterization.
• Collaborate with PD, QC, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless assay execution and troubleshooting.
• Present scientific data and trends at internal and external forums.

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline or engineering.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of related experience, including post-doctoral work.
• Expertise in analytical method development and qualification/validation.
• Experience with multicolor flow cytometry, cell culture, potency assays, and immunoassays.
• Solid understanding of ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Somerset, NJ.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Experience with LabVantage or similar ELN systems.
