Salary: $127,313 - $159,142 USD

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects impacting R&D strategy, clinical advancement, or manufacturing.
• Partner with senior leaders across Research, Clinical, Regulatory, and Technical Operations.
• Translate scientific insights into actionable business and development strategies.
• Contribute to the advancement of cell and gene therapy programs from discovery to commercialization.
• Present strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership.

Requirements

• PhD required in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related life sciences.
• 3-5 years of industry experience in biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect scientific work to organizational strategy.
• Demonstrated record of scientific rigor and innovation.
