What you will do

• Design and execute in vitro and in vivo studies with mice, canine, and NHP to support R&D and IND-enabling programs.
• Develop animal models for liquid and solid cancers, as well as autoimmune diseases.
• Manage external CROs to ensure successful study outcomes and effective communication with internal R&D teams.
• Process and analyze blood, tumor, and tissue samples using IHC staining and RNAscope.
• Lead assay development, optimization, qualification, and troubleshooting efforts.

Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in biological sciences (Immunology, cell biology, and cancer biology) or related areas.
• Must be located in Philadelphia, PA for onsite work.
• Over 5 years of hands-on in vivo study experience for drug efficacy and safety/toxicity, including expert-level mice tail vein injection.
• Extensive experience in functional-based and multi-color flow cytometry-based immune cell profiling.
• Hands-on experience with CAR-T/NK cell assays and histology work.
• Excellent English skills in written and oral communication required.
• Previous experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
