What you will do

• Design, plan, and execute experimental studies to advance cell and gene therapy platforms.
• Conduct and analyze in vitro and in vivo studies to assess product potency, efficacy, and safety.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot experimental assays including cell line engineering and cytotoxicity assays.
• Perform ELISA, PCR-based assays, and high-throughput binder screening.
• Manage viral vector packaging and titration processes.
• Analyze complex datasets and communicate findings to cross-functional research teams.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology OR Master’s degree with 3–6+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in immunology, cell therapy, or gene therapy.
• Experience with viral vector systems, specifically lentivirus.
• Ability to work in a fully onsite, lab-based environment in Philadelphia.
