What you will do

• Lead end-to-end RFP processes for Enterprise accounts (3000+ FTEs), managing technical and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Product, Legal, and Ops to ensure technical coherence of the offer.
• Manage the RFP calendar, track deadlines, and proactively escalate blockers to ensure zero missed submissions.
• Build and maintain a knowledge library of responses to standardize and increase win rates.
• Implement AI tools and processes to improve response quality and delivery efficiency.
• Provide competitive intelligence on how competitors respond to similar tenders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or bid management.
• Proven track record with complex Enterprise RFPs (ideally CAC40 or SBF120).
• Full working proficiency in French (spoken and written).
• Advanced level of English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to quickly master technical product details.

• Prior experience responding to RFPs for insurance, benefits, or SaaS/B2B products.
• Experience in marketing with the ability to craft compelling messages and visual communications.
