What you will do
- Design and build the customer enablement function using an agent-based, automated approach.
- Build AI-powered workflows that deliver education, guidance, and nudges to customers throughout their journey.
- Create intelligent self-serve experiences that provide personalized value at scale.
- Deliver training sessions and facilitate conversations as a trusted expert for customers and HR leaders.
- Program manage the Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and Executive Sponsor Program.
- Partner with Product, PS, and CS teams to translate platform capabilities into systems that drive measurable adoption.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, IA, ME, MS, NM, WV).
- Technical fluency in AI tools, agent frameworks, and automation platforms.
- Systems-thinking mindset focused on scalable, automated solutions rather than static documentation.
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles, delivering training and facilitating high-level conversations.
- Ability to thrive in a greenfield environment and manage ambiguity while building a new function.
- Confidence and warmth in communicating complex AI workflows to non-technical HR leaders.
Nice to have
- Background in TA technology, HR tech implementation, or HR tech consulting.
- Experience in Sales or CS enablement with a focus on automated workflows.
- Experience in RevOps or customer operations with a strong building habit.
- Background in Solution Architecture or pre-sales.
