What you will do

• Manage patient check-in, registration, and scheduling processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and clinical staff.
• Assist patients with pre-scan preparation and explain protocols.
• Support MRI technologists by maintaining suite cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure the front desk area remains organized and efficient.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be available to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or MedSpa environments.
• Background as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
