Salary: $20–$25 per hour

What you will do
- Manage patient check-in, registration, and scheduling processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and clinical staff.
- Assist patients with pre-scan preparation and explain protocols.
- Support MRI technologists by maintaining suite cleanliness and equipment readiness.
- Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized and efficient.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be available to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or MedSpa environments.
- Background as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
