Salary: $22 - $28 USD per hour

What you will do
- Assist end-users via phone, email, and chat during business hours.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Simplify and solve complex tasks related to all company products.
- Generate bug reports for reproducible issues and manage task incidents in Jira.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability during high-volume seasons like Open Enrollment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (excluding California and Alaska).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Available to work an 8-hour shift from 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM MT, Monday - Friday.
- Wired (not Wi-Fi) access to a stable DSL/Cable internet connection.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and collected in heated situations.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Prior knowledge of healthcare or finance.
