What you will do

• Review patient records, clinical documentation, and administrative data to determine program eligibility.
• Manage the collection, tracking, and faxing of medical records from external providers.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and privacy regulations during all data handling.
• Maintain professional communication with patients to keep them informed throughout the eligibility process.
• Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure a safe and efficient patient onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Active Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Must be based in the USA.
• At least 1 year of experience in a primary care, endocrinology, or urgent care setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
