What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound patient communications via telephone and fax.
• Perform data entry to set up new patients in the internal database.
• Triage patient documentation and assign tasks to the appropriate care team members.
• Maintain the confidentiality of protected health information in accordance with HIPAA policies.
• Compile and mail patient packets and provide general clerical support.
• Act as a backup for the receptionist and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain Missouri Pharmacy Technician registration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
