What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls to inform members of their benefits and act as a care guide for high-quality surgical treatment.
• Handle inbound calls to educate members on benefits and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate care across various settings while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with health insurance partners to resolve questions regarding benefits, claims, and billing.
• Document member engagement and appointments accurately within internal systems.
• Analyze member inquiries and complaints to provide effective solutions and maintain satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or sales enablement roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be able to work shifts from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is preferred.
