What you will do
- Own and deliver successful end-to-end onboarding experiences, managing the full onboarding lifecycle.
- Drive accountability and momentum toward on-time go-live by proactively managing timelines, milestones, and customer engagement.
- Guide customers through a structured, resource-driven onboarding journey, directing them to the right tools and content.
- Improve onboarding outcomes through insight and cross-functional collaboration, identifying risks and gaps.
- Actively participate in company initiatives and team engagement efforts, demonstrating openness to new tools and evolving workflows.
Requirements
- Relevant industry and software experience, particularly in an eye care setting with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare workflows.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, research and resolve issues independently, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced onboarding environment.
- Comfort with modern tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, virtual collaboration tools), with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
