What you will do

  • Manage and inspire a team of sales professionals to drive direct end-user sales.
  • Leverage channel partner relationships to expand the reach of the IGA Solution Suite.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive 12-month and 3-year business plans for the region.
  • Analyze and refine sales processes, cadence, and team structure to ensure sustained growth.
  • Maintain rigorous forecasting and pipeline management to meet and exceed quotas.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to identify white-space opportunities and new logos.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Switzerland
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams within high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity organizations.
  • Experience leading sales teams through a transition from on-premise to SaaS models.
  • Strong ability to bring structure and rigor to sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated success in inspirational leadership and team development.
  • Ability to articulate complex value propositions to enterprise customers.
