What you will do
- Lead the entire RFP process from initial brainstorm to final submission and revisions.
- Develop compelling, data-backed partnership programs including sponsorships, branded content, and media.
- Generate media plans and recommend ad placements based on client campaign objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the sales organization and internal departments like content, marketing, and design.
- Create sales collateral including case studies, one-sheets, and custom pitch decks.
- Identify partner prospects and leads using sales generation platforms.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in the sports industry focusing on sponsorship development, sales strategy, or digital media.
- Proven experience in proposing, planning, and pitching marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with 3rd party audience measurement platforms like comScore, Nielsen, or Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital media marketing platforms including social, display, native, OTT, and video.
- Expertise in proposal building using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
