What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy to drive revenue and meet business goals.
• Identify, pitch, and secure sponsors for global strategic events, managing the full lifecycle from prospecting to renewal.
• Cultivate strong relationships with sponsoring partners to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Analyze sponsorship performance using data and financial insights to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Alliance, Partner, Sales, and Event Production teams.
• Establish overarching objectives for the sponsorship program to accelerate partner growth within the hirify.global ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in sponsorship sales with a track record of revenue generation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in the US and able to work from the Menlo Park or New York campus.
