What you will do

• Prospect, develop, and grow relationships with local and regional advertisers.
• Create customized campaigns across sports, traditional television, CTV, OTT, streaming audio, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
• Present marketing strategies aligned with client goals, audiences, and budgets.
• Partner with creative, digital strategy, and analytics teams to launch, optimize, and report on campaigns.
• Use campaign performance insights to make recommendations and build long-term client partnerships.
• Meet and exceed new-business and revenue goals while staying current on sports media, digital advertising, streaming, and emerging technology trends.

• Genuine enthusiasm for sports and understanding of live events and local teams.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach to finding opportunities and helping clients succeed.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
