TL;DR

Market Development Representative: Qualifying inbound leads and engaging with prospects to identify needs and align them with hirify.global solutions, with an accent on omnichannel outreach and establishing rapport. Focus on achieving monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and pipeline generation in a B2B SaaS environment.

Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, California). Requires working in office 3 days per week.

Salary: $70,000 (base) with OTE of $80,000

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Conduct qualification through emails, calls, etc., to engage with leads and assess their fit.
  • Warm up leads by providing relevant information and building trust.
  • Educate prospects about the value and benefits of hirify.global's products.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand prospects' pain points and align them with offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 year of proven track record in a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Must have US work authorization, visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach).
  • Knowledge of accounting, finance, or related fields.
