What you will do

• Test AWS Lambda functions orchestrating AI inference calls to Bedrock Agents and Salesforce data processing.
• Validate real-time data pipelines from Amazon Connect through Kinesis to downstream systems.
• Perform integration testing for near-real-time Lambda-to-Salesforce data delivery for AI coaching.
• Test Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Amazon Lex bot intents within agent workspaces.
• Execute integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with Security Engineers to validate encryption, IAM controls, and SIEM integration compliance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software testing or QA engineering within AWS cloud environments.
• Experience testing serverless AWS applications including Lambda, Kinesis, and CloudWatch.
• Hands-on experience validating Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and Contact Lens integrations.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations including APIs, Platform Events, and Streaming API.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or equivalent federal compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skills.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience testing AI/ML inference pipelines and Amazon Bedrock integrations.
• Prior experience supporting FedRAMP High or IL4/IL5 AWS GovCloud programs.
• Healthcare industry experience including HIPAA or PHI environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow change management processes.
