What you will do

• Design and execute functional, integration, and security-focused test strategies for Salesforce implementations.
• Develop and maintain acceptance test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Validate CI/CD processes, including Flosum pipeline gates, for quality and compliance.
• Perform security health checks, document findings, and support ATO artifact development.
• Test Apex, Salesforce Flows, permission sets, profiles, rules engines, Salesforce Shield, encryption, and data protection controls.
• Test REST/API integrations, external systems, offline and mobile experiences, and Section 508 accessibility; track security and compliance defects and collaborate with engineering and architecture teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Hands-on Salesforce platform testing experience, including Apex and LWC/UI automation.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Flosum, and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of DoD security compliance frameworks and their application in testing, including ATO processes and security validation.
• Experience with integration testing, REST APIs, and middleware interactions.
• Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility standards and security health check processes.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications, or equivalent for the Platform App Builder certification.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
