TL;DR
Quality Analyst Associate Engineer (AWS): Testing and validating omnichannel contact center solutions, including IVR, chat, email routing, Amazon Connect flows, and CRM integrations, with an accent on functional coverage, customer experience, and system reliability. Focus on designing test cases, executing regression and failover testing, validating accessibility and edge cases, and documenting defects across complex communication workflows.

Location: Brazil; 100% remote. Current legal authorization to work in Brazil is required, and visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Execute comprehensive testing for IVR systems, chat implementations, email routing, Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing strategies, and agent desktop functionality.
  • Test integrations between contact center platforms, CRM systems, knowledge bases, and third-party applications.
  • Perform end-to-end, regression, usability, accessibility, failover, disaster recovery, and edge-case testing across web, mobile, messaging, and email channels.
  • Develop test cases, scripts, test data, execution reports, quality metrics, and maintain current test repositories and documentation.
  • Document defects with clear reproduction steps and contribute to test automation frameworks for repetitive scenarios.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and client teams on requirements, UAT coordination, sprint activities, production validation, and post-implementation monitoring.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
  • Basic understanding of testing methodologies and QA best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements.
