Master Planner (Aerospace & Defense)

Master Planner (Aerospace & Defense): Developing and maintaining Program Integrated Master Schedules and proposal schedules with an accent on Critical Path Methodology and Earned Value Management. Location: Onsite in Palmdale, CA. US Citizenship and Active Secret Security Clearance are required. No relocation package available.

Salary: $50 - $130 per hour (W2)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development.
• Review and support Statement of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development.
• Advise Program Management on expected contractual impacts and critical events affecting delivery or cost.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), engineering, procurement, and production.
• Apply Critical Path Methodology to develop and analyze schedule networks.
• Prepare status reports, metrics, and deliver presentations to leadership and customers.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance and US Citizenship are mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree with 9-15 years of experience or Master's degree with 7-13 years of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
• Hands-on experience in Program Planning and Scheduling.
• Experience with cost and schedule integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and IPMDAR.
• Experience with Milestones Professional software.
• Background in Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs.
• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.
