What you will do

• Partner with clients to align hirify.global's offering with their specific learning and development strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop and deliver tailored presentations, workshops, and proposals.
• Lead discovery workshops with clients to identify talent priorities and operationalize them through hirify.global offerings.
• Design customized coaching solutions involving various formats, content configurations, and assessments.
• Develop engagement strategies to scale hirify.global's use across large global organizations in partnership with Marketing.
• Design and report on measurement strategies to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, L&D consulting, or a Solutions Consulting role.
• Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology or a similar field.
• Proven experience leading consultations and engagement with senior-level stakeholders internationally.
• Consultative approach, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office 3 days a week.
