Solutions Lead (Learning and Development)

What you will do

• Partner with current and prospective clients to explain hirify.global’s offering and its impact on learning and development strategies.
• Work with Sales to develop and deliver client presentations, workshops, and proposals.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand talent priorities and operationalize them through hirify.global’s coaching offerings.
• Design solutions using different coaching formats, content configurations, assessments, and related components.
• Develop engagement strategies that increase adoption of hirify.global across large global organizations, partnering with Marketing on implementation.
• Design measurement strategies and report on the return on investment of hirify.global solutions with the Insights & Assessments team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, Learning and Development, internal Learning and Development, or Solutions Consulting.
• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology or a similar field.
• Experience leading consultations and engaging senior-level stakeholders across multiple industries.
• International experience.
• Consultative approach, curiosity, and willingness to learn from internal and external partners.
• Ability to encourage and lead colleagues while working collaboratively toward shared goals.
