Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Houston, or Austin, TX
Compensation: Base $70k–$75k, OTE $162k–$167k

What you will do
- Own the business plan for a defined geographic territory to acquire new logo targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell compliance solutions into an existing book of business.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline that is 3x the annual quota target.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including contract generation and closing.
- Use Salesforce for pipeline management, daily activity tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, and Product teams to maximize bookings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience selling software and services specifically within the automotive industry.
- Consistent track record of over-achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office suite.
- Must be based in or near Houston, Dallas, or Austin, TX.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Chorus, and/or Outreach.
