Salary: £140K – £180K + Equity + Commission

What you will do

• Lead and scale an international sales team as a strategic executive to drive growth in EMEA.
• Execute a holistic sales strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.
• Build a predictable and repeatable sales engine by improving operations and roadmaps.
• Utilize data to modify go-to-market playbooks and ensure forecast accountability.
• Manage both B2B and B2C motions to solve customer business problems across core categories.
• Mentor and develop sales talent acting as a player-coach.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English proficiency with a deep understanding of the French market.
• 7+ years of sales experience and 4+ years of executive-level management.
• Proven track record of scaling sales teams in high-growth EMEA environments.
• Experience with social commerce, two-sided marketplaces, or network-effect consumer businesses.
• Expertise in managing both supply and demand within marketplace dynamics.
• Must be based within commuting distance of London, UK or Berlin, Germany.

• Experience in entrepreneurial, startup environments at scale.
