What you will do
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of approximately 26 FTEs, including 3 Team Leads, focused on SMB acquisition in the UK & Ireland.
- Establish a performance-driven, metrics-based sales culture focused on operational excellence and continuous development.
- Own the entire new partner acquisition funnel, from lead generation to phone-based conversion.
- Manage the retention, growth, and commercial output of existing Independent Partner accounts.
- Develop strategic growth levers and translate them into actionable goals, reporting directly to the Country Director.
- Collaborate with global teams to localize best practices and drive sustainable market penetration.
Requirements
- Deep experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams within a fast-paced, KPI-driven marketplace or platform.
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing Restaurant or Food Retail accounts in the UK market.
- Proficiency in using sales tools, specifically Salesforce.
- English: Fluent level (C1+) required.
- Ability to navigate matrix structures and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to draw data-based conclusions from market trends and performance metrics.
