What you will do
- Run marketing experiments to increase inbound leads.
- Build systems for targeting competitors.
- Create algorithms to identify churn in high utilization customers.
- Develop outbound email strategies.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of professional experience in sales, account management, customer-facing roles, or B2B sales.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.
- Fast learner who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Eager to uncover insights to inform country-wide sales strategy.
- Data-driven and strategic, comfortable owning results end to end with minimal oversight.
Nice to have
- Experience in analytical roles (Management, Consulting, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations).
- Experience having worked on Marketplaces and/or Startups.
- Foundation in data manipulation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
