TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own GTM architecture, including markets, segments, roles, and coverage models.
  • Lead end-to-end annual planning, encompassing capacity modeling, territory design, and quota allocation.
  • Design the operating cadence for sales leadership, including forecast roll-ups, pipeline reviews, and QBR/MBR support.
  • Partner with FP&A on controllership, headcount, expense management, and comp plan modeling.
  • Build experimentation and measurement frameworks to iteratively improve GTM system outputs.
  • Hire and develop the Strategy & Planning team to provide compounding leverage to the GTM organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in revenue operations, sales strategy, GTM finance, or strategy consulting.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team.
  • SQL fluency required; Python is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on familiarity with hirify.global, dbt, or a comparable modern analytics stack.
  • Expertise in capacity models, territory design, quota allocation, and forecast methodology.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Exposure to consumption-based or usage-based business models.
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate education in a quantitative field.
