What you will do

• Create and manage complex 2D/3D models for large-scale power distribution systems using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed layouts for lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Coordinate directly with engineers and design leads to ensure design packages meet scope and schedule requirements.
• Develop staffing plans and monitor project budgets and milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and drafters.
• Lead multi-disciplinary coordination efforts to ensure interference-free models.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of Revit/BIM design experience.
• Deep understanding of electrical power system components including switchgear, transformers, UPS, and generators.
• Expertise in Revit MEP and AutoCAD for industrial applications.
• Proven experience as a Project Lead or in a team leadership capacity.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
• Exposure to NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements.
• Experience in mission-critical data center facility design.
• Associate degree in a relevant field.
