What you will do

• Own and drive the roadmap for the self-serve product experience, aligning customer needs with business strategy.
• Partner with AI researchers and technical teams to translate AI capabilities into practical, user-focused features.
• Conduct regular user research with e-commerce sellers to validate product decisions.
• Analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to inform prioritization and experimentation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and data teams.
• Optimize customer journeys, self-serve growth mechanisms, retention strategies, and monetization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of shipping successful digital products.
• Strong background building B2B SaaS products focused on self-serve customer acquisition and growth.
• Experience working closely with engineering, design, and AI or data-focused teams.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for independent hypothesis forming.
• Ability to thrive in remote, async-first teams with high ownership expectations.
• Must be based in Europe.
