Location: Must live within commuting distance of London, UK or Berlin, Germany (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Develop and nurture strong seller relationships using a consultative approach to drive high growth goals.
  • Create data-driven recommendations and strategies to align seller growth with overall company objectives.
  • Manage a targeted book of business to ensure short-term growth and long-term sustained success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for seller needs and articulate business and revenue impact.
  • Lead project management initiatives across various stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales or account management, specifically with top business partners, streamers, or creators.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) with a deep understanding of French cultural dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, AirTable, Sigma, and other account management tools.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to execute multiple projects in parallel.
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based within commuting distance of London, UK or Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a hirify.global seller or an entrepreneur.
  • Past experience growing and scaling Account Management or Strategic Partnerships teams.
  • Passion for creator communities and categories like fashion, toys, collectibles, or TCG.
  • Experience buying and selling in online marketplaces.
