What you will do
- Develop and execute partner channel strategies for assigned verticals like financial services and benefits providers.
- Source, recruit, and onboard new partners to build commercially valuable, long-term relationships.
- Manage and grow existing partnerships through senior-level engagement and quarterly business reviews.
- Drive partner activity by creating joint go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to design effective partner propositions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in CRM and report performance metrics to the wider business.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding senior-level partnerships.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing multi-year, high-value commercial deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in pipeline management, reporting, and using partner engagement tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office.
