TL;DR

Key Account Manager (Retail): Driving revenue and net margin growth for department store accounts through strategic relationship management and cross-functional collaboration with an accent on retail sales strategies and omni-channel performance. Focus on executing go-to-market plans, optimizing customer profitability, and managing high-level merchant relationships.

Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Ability to travel to Boston, MA approximately 6 times per year is required.

What you will do

  • Drive growth in revenue and net margin for retail accounts through best-in-class account management.
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies in collaboration with merchants and internal teams (Product Development, Strategic Sales, Operations).
  • Oversee the go-to-market strategy, including displays, packaging, and product value configuration.
  • Increase omni-channel presence and performance by partnering with digital business teams.
  • Manage customer profitability and promotional spending within ROI goals in coordination with finance teams.
  • Analyze POS data and report on trends and competitive insights impacting the business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account sales management experience.
  • Proven experience working with Department Stores (e.g., Liverpool, Palacio, Sears, Sanborn’s, Ulta).
  • Business English proficiency is mandatory.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
