TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in London, 3 days per week in HQ)

A fast-growing healthcare company providing personalized care across weight loss, menopause, hair loss, and TRT for over 1 million members.

What you will do

  • Own the growth P&L, managing a multi-million-pound annual budget to deliver revenue and CAC efficiency targets.
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team of growth and marketing managers.
  • Define strategic priorities, channel mix, and budget allocation for the Weight Loss business unit.
  • Scale acquisition and retention channels, including performance marketing, CRO, CRM, and lifecycle.
  • Adapt global growth playbooks for local European markets and develop strategies for entering new countries.
  • Partner with global leaders in product, brand, and data to align regional needs with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of end-to-end growth leadership with a track record of scaling brands to 8-10 figure revenues.
  • Proven P&L ownership with experience managing annual budgets of £10M+.
  • Deep understanding of the European consumer and media landscape and regulatory environments.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, CRO, and brand marketing.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience building interdisciplinary teams.
  • Must be able to work from the London HQ three days per week
