What you will do
- Define and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across brands, focusing on onboarding, engagement, renewal, upsell, and winback to maximize LTV and reduce churn.
- Build and lead a team of ~20 in CRM, lifecycle marketing, pricing, and CRO, fostering accountability and experimentation.
- Drive pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies in partnership with Product and Finance.
- Implement AI-powered CRM, personalization, segmentation, and automation at scale.
- Optimize customer journeys through CRO and lifecycle integration across all touchpoints.
- Partner cross-functionally to build a unified retention ecosystem and champion data-driven growth with advanced analytics.
Requirements
- 8β10+ years in lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing in digital, SaaS, or cybersecurity businesses
- Proven track record driving LTV growth, churn reduction, and monetization scaling
- Leadership managing teams of 10+, with organization-building experience
- Deep expertise in CRM, lifecycle marketing, CRO, retention strategy, pricing, and subscription models
- Experience with AI-driven tools, automation, segmentation, analytics, and experimentation
- Hands-on operator and cross-functional collaborator
