What you will do

• Lead senior leadership searches cross-functionally in EMEA and APAC regions.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define role scope, calibrate candidate profiles, and build search strategies aligned with regional market dynamics.
• Develop deep market maps and talent insights to inform active searches and long-term international hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business talent across the global technology ecosystem.
• Assess candidates across functional capability, operating style, domain expertise, and values alignment.
• Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience through clarity, responsiveness, and thoughtful engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology companies or search firms.
• Experience leading international executive searches across EMEA and/or APAC.
• Ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders and candidates across different regions and cultures.
• Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
• High judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive strategic searches.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously across various time zones.
