What you will do

• Own the Appraisal CE Membership business and drive product-led revenue, retention, and market share growth.
• Manage and coach a product team of three, setting clear goals and fostering professional growth.
• Analyze dashboards and market data to identify friction points and track key metrics like renewals and margins.
• Collaborate with tech, curriculum, and compliance partners to deliver digital features that meet professional standards.
• Identify and implement AI-powered applications to create strategic differentiation in the market.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from concept and business case to launch and optimization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on B2C or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of driving double-digit, product-led revenue growth.
• Background in subscription models, membership, or digital learning products.
• Experience with LMS platforms and shipping products from concept to market.
• Familiarity with AI tools and product development frameworks.
• Ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous, and performance-oriented environments.
