Finance Analyst (FP&A Operations)

What you will do

• Prepare monthly Global Real Estate allocations, preliminary vouchers, and quarter-end true-ups.
• Improve reporting data quality by identifying new and discontinued buildings and resolving related issues.
• Analyze material variances against the annual Global Real Estate plan and coordinate corrective actions.
• Own monthly personal computing chargeback allocations and work with IT on purchases and utilization data.
• Track departmental personal computing purchases and support annual budget development.
• Maintain reporting templates, coordinate consolidated commentary, and prepare variance analysis against forecasts, the annual plan, and prior-year results.

Requirements

• Business, Finance, or related degree.
• At least 3 years of relevant business experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Understanding of P&L flows, basic accounting, and chart of accounts structures.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and conducting ad hoc inquiries using Hyperion Essbase and Power Query.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial systems and structures.
• Experience with Anaplan, Data Lake, and Essbase.
• Project management experience and ability to work across organizational functions.
• Ability to document processes clearly and precisely.
