Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst (Finance): Managing global real estate and PC chargeback allocations with an accent on data quality, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Focus on collaborating with IT and financial planning teams to optimize budget tracking and ensure accurate P&L reporting.

What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for global real estate and PC allocations.
• Prepare monthly global real estate allocations and manage quarter-end true-ups.
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate with teams to track building and PC utilization.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and corrective actions for variances against annual plans.
• Partner with the financial planning community to prepare variance analysis against forecasts and prior year results.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly templates and coordinate consolidated results commentary.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Belgrade, Serbia
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Understanding of P&L flow and experience with Hyperion Essbase and Power Query.
• Basic accounting knowledge and high-level understanding of Chart of Accounts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Anaplan and Data Lake.
• Project management skills and ability to work across organizational structures.
• Strong process documentation skills with attention to detail.
