CPQ & Finance Analyst

Location: Florham Park, New Jersey, United States; hybrid workplace with regular office attendance

What you will do

• Prepare assigned portions of the accounting close, including fixed assets, journal entries, accruals, and revenue functions.
• Prepare financial statements and analyze variances against budgets, forecasts, and prior reporting periods.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain US GAAP versus local GAAP reconciliations.
• Support audits, statutory accounts preparation, payroll processing, and auditor information requests.
• Execute monthly SOX controls and provide supporting documentation to the SOX team.
• Deliver finance-related system upgrades and new initiatives while advising finance, sales, and operations teams on accounting matters and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• At least 2 years of significant financial and accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of local statutory accounting, regulations, and tax compliance.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft NetSuite, or Workday, and advanced Excel formulas for analyzing large datasets.
• Regular attendance at the Florham Park office is required. Ability to work day, evening, or weekend hours as needed and travel when required.

Nice to have

• Qualified Chartered Accountant certification.
• Familiarity with taxation and transfer pricing.
