Financial Analyst

Location: De Soto, Kansas, USA; hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one optional remote day. Geographic relocation to other U.S. locations is required.

What you will do

• Analyze the financial performance of the North America segment across revenue, cost of sales, working capital, and capital expenditures.
• Monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and investigate unexpected variances.
• Prepare monthly financial analyses, variance reports, financial models, presentations, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional business leaders on strategic projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Support the Finance leadership team and collaborate with Controllers and the Global financial reporting team in Finland.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consensus-building skills.
• Comfort working with numbers and large amounts of data in databases and spreadsheets.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications and data management software.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, motivation to succeed, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to other U.S. locations is required.
