What you will do

  • Define and lead the comprehensive marketing strategy for Asia, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting to regional market dynamics.
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to regional leadership, contributing to business planning and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Oversee integrated marketing execution across auctions, private sales, and retail, including branding, events, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets with a focus on performance tracking, ROI accountability, and strategic resource allocation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Collaborate with global marketing and partnership teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency across all initiatives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in strategic marketing leadership, preferably within luxury, art, or culture industries.
  • Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams in complex regional or global organizations.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset with experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the senior executive level.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hong Kong.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-evolving, matrixed environment.
