What you will do

• Lead a team of five marketers, including regional and e-commerce specialists.
• Gather regional market insights and monitor competitive intelligence to identify business pain points and customer needs.
• Develop and integrate regional GTM programs and e-commerce marketing strategies with strategic prioritization.
• Manage the national marketing event calendar, promotional activities, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Drive demand generation by communicating China marketing strategy to channel partners and customers.
• Collaborate with sales and channel leadership to ensure brand consistency and align portfolio priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in local marketing disciplines within China.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of customer value chains, product pricing management, and channel communication in China.
• Ability to identify commercial GTM barriers through trend and policy analysis.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
