Regional Marketing Leader (Dental Solutions)

What you will do

• Lead a team of five marketers covering regional and e-commerce marketing.
• Gather regional market and competitive insights, customer feedback, business pain points, and market trends.
• Integrate regional and e-commerce marketing strategies with portfolio priorities and go-to-market programs.
• Plan and manage national marketing events, promotional activities, e-commerce initiatives, and local product launches.
• Drive demand generation by communicating marketing strategy to channel partners and customers.
• Partner with sales, channel, brand, and product marketing teams to execute portfolio and channel strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in local marketing in China, including customer value chains, pricing, portfolios, end users, channels, communications, and marketing tools.
• More than 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, analytical ability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to identify commercial go-to-market barriers and develop solutions using market insights, trends, and policy movements.
• Fluent English and Microsoft Office skills.
