What you will do

• Manage daily content posting and scheduling across key Chinese social platforms.
• Set up community listening and reporting to gather sentiment and inform content strategy.
• Collaborate with product, partner, and sales teams to align social media priorities.
• Act as a bridge between the community and internal product and customer service teams.
• Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs including engagement, conversions, and follower growth.
• Communicate strategies and plans to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in social media and community management.
• Expertise in WeChat, WeChat Video, Weibo, Douyin, RedNote, and Bilibili.
• Experience operating within a global hub-and-spoke content model.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and editing.
• Proven ability to create programmatic feedback loops between community and internal teams.
• Must be based in Beijing, China.
