What you will do

  • Perform independent outreach and qualification of EU Tier 2 accounts, including exchanges, wallets, and payment platforms.
  • Build and manage the EU partner pipeline from first contact through to closing.
  • Execute partner onboardings end-to-end without manager oversight.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Support the Head of Sales on Tier 1 EU cycles via research, preparation, and follow-up.
  • Provide structured market feedback based on signals from EU partners.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales track record with evidence of personally closing deals and meeting quotas.
  • High level of self-sufficiency in structuring workdays and building pipelines independently.
  • Deep knowledge of fintech or crypto, specifically onramp mechanics and the competitive landscape.
  • Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in EU Tier 1/2 markets, such as Germany, France, Netherlands, or Poland.
  • Knowledge of MiCA and EU crypto regulations.
  • Background in B2B fintech, payments, or crypto startup environments.
