What you will do

  • Acquire and develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand existing customer relationships through sustained communication and deep understanding of their needs.
  • Build and optimize key customer service processes, systems, and management rules.
  • Analyze user behavior and write key customer analysis reports to provide actionable product feedback.
  • Collaborate with various departments to deliver optimal service solutions for high-value clients.
  • Attend and host bespoke events to attract and engage new institutional customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services within international finance (banking, investments, or FX).
  • Proven sales experience with a clear track record of meeting KPIs and customer acquisition.
  • Fluency in English is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, or private banks.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and working autonomously within a regional sales team.
  • Passionate about crypto with a strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
